RULES & REGULATIONS

• Entry fees are $50 per rider (10,8,5 classes)
• Entry fees are $60 per rider in Open H/C
• Youth Classes are $15 per rider
• Payment can be made via e-transfer to atcpsentries@gmail.com
• Invoices are sent out by email.
• Fees are to be paid BEFORE you ride Saturday, NO exceptions!
• Cancellations and changes are only accepted until 6:00PM Wednesday prior to the show after which time invoices are due in full. 
• Any substitutions or changes after the deadline may only be accepted in medical or bereavement circumstances at the boards discretion. 
• In the event that a member has outstanding entry fees, facility fees or fines due they will be removed from EPenner until dues are paid and they are considered in good standing with our society. 

• Saturday order of go: -- Open H/C -- 8 class  -- Youth classes
• Sunday order of go: -- 10 class -- Youth classes -- 5 class
• Number of goes per class will be 1/2 back if under 50 entries. 
• If the entries are 50 and above, it will be reduced to 30% back.
• Open H/C will also have a top 10.
• Youth classes get 2 goes with each team.
• Time allowed for Open, 10 and 8 classes is 60 seconds,   
• Time allowed for the 5 Class and Youth Classes is 75 seconds.
• When a cut off time is determined in non handicapped class' first go, ATCPS reserves the right to enforce our BINGO policy which when announced the team is to stop their run and allow cattle to return to herd.
• ATCPS Board reserves the right to make changes to the format, class caps and entry caps as necessary. 

• All show entries are entered online in www.epenner.com 
• Teams must be entered by 6:00pm on the Monday prior to the show weekend.
• Draw entries are not mandatory however they remain optional 10, 8, 5 class.
• Open H/C riders can enter a maximum of 12 times. 
• Riders can enter a maximum of 5 times in the ten, eight and five class 
• Senior Youth riders can enter 1 pick team and 1 draw or 2 draws. **Must be 16 and under to enter.
• Junior Youth riders can enter 1 pick team and 1 draw or 2 draws. **Must be 12 and under to enter
• ATCPS Board reserves the right to make changes to the format, class caps and entry caps as necessary. 

• For all classes, points are tracked for teams and individual riders. 
• Year end individual prizes are awarded to 5 places.
• Year end team prizes are award to champions and reserve champions only.
• Year end prizes will be awarded based on point standings accumulated by teams and individual members from all ATCPS regular season shows attended. 
• Points are awarded only after a team/individual qualifies for the 2nd go
• .5 of a point is given to each team you beat in the class
• Bonus points are awarded as follows 1st place= 20, 2nd place =15, 3rd place =10, 4th place =5, 5th place =3.
• Individual points are awarded only to your top 5 placing teams in the second go.  
• Open class points are divided by how many times you ride in the class; bonus points are awarded on top of that total. 
• ATCPS Board reserves the right to reformat prizing as sponsorship and financials permit. 

**Regional (ATCPS) Finals Qualification: 

• The number of qualifying shows for the Regional finals is five (5) shows.
• You must ride at least once each day for it to count as 2 shows.
• A rider can enter ANY class at Regionals if they have their qualifying 5 shows. (excluding the adult rider in junior youth class)
• The youth riders must have entered at least five (5) shows in order to qualify for the Regional finals.

**CTCPA Nationals Qualification: 

• You must ride at least three (3) times per day for it to qualify as a show attended.

• Payouts for all sanctioned classes are as per the ATCPS payout schedule and will be posted at the show.
• Open, 10, 8 and 5 class pay out is 60%
• Youth classes payout is 100%
• A mandatory cattle levy is subtracted from each entry fee, this amount is determined by the price ATCPS pays for cattle on a show by show basis. 

• Adult Individual Membership fees are $190 (that includes $77 ATCPS membership, $13 insurance fee, $40 CTCPA fee & mandatory volunteer levy fee $60)
• Sr. Youth Individual Membership $23 - (including $13 insurance & $10 CTCPA fee, $77 ATCPS Membership is free)
• Jr. Youth Individual Membership $13 - ($13 insurance fee, $77 ATCPS membership & $10 CTCPA fee is free)
• Members from other Associations fees are $150 ($77 ATCPS membership fee, $13 insurance fee & $60 mandatory volunteer levy)
• If you choose to volunteer and help make our show run smoothly. We offer gate volunteers .75 cents a team in each class! 
• Not only that, you can also make back your volunteer levy by helping ATCPS set up Friday or tear down Sunday. Many hands make light work and that gate is HEAVY!
• Members are asked to track their own participation for volunteering. Don't worry if you forget to, Whitney will also be tracking volunteers participation.
• All riders entering the arena must be ATCPS members or weekend members to initiate insurance. This requires the completion of the applicable documents.
• Your CTCPA rating card must be evident while riding. 

• Members from other Associations can pay a $25 weekend pass (applicable to 1 weekend only)
• Judges Membership $77 - for Non riding members - ($24 membership fee, $13 insurance fee, & $40 CTCPA fee)
• Associate Membership $37 - for Non riding members - ($24 membership fee & $13 insurance fee)

• If you are booking stalls/camping for the 2026 season, please emphasize that while booking.
• Season stalling and camping can be paid upfront or on a show by show basis.
• Camping with power is $10/night -- camping is assigned to 4 members per power post, be courteous
• Stalling is $30/night, includes 1 bag of shavings.
• One competitor can book a maximum of 4 stalls, priority is given to two day rentals, and competition horses. Please respect these policies when booking
• LIMITED amount of stalls (100). We encourage members to self pen, bring panels, etc as stalls do fill quickly and often times there are not enough to accommodate our competitors. 
• ATCPS Board is not responsible for stalling over flow, if stalling is full. 
• Limited amount of assigned power spots (40) low amp, do not support space heaters or AC.
• Assigned camping spots and stall list will be posted on Facebook.

• Do NOT block the man doors, these are fire exits.
• NO parking along the outdoor arena fence, that is a horse tie-up area.
• DAY parking is located on the West side of the indoor arena.

If a member is hurt at a show.

• Teams are to find a rider the same rating or lower

• Original team will get points, the rider will not get points

• Riders may ride above class requirements
